My sweet husband surprised me with a birthday trip to Glen Rose Texas to stay at the Anderson Creek Cabins. He picked this particular place because the owner Shirley Anderson, offered the rain drop technique as a special side service.

In basic terms it is a system of applying oils to the feet and spine that will align electrical energies in your body and give you a good body reset. She has a massage table in her loft and she had me expose my back and feet. She then applied the 9 oils to my feet including: Millenia (Valor), Thyme, Oregano, cypress, wintergreen, basil, and peppermint. Then she moved to my spine and using feathering and massage techniques she applied the above oils as well as Marjoram and Warm Down (Aroma Seiz). Overall the massage and application felt wonderful. The Oregano oil did burn a little, but it dissipated and didn't leave any lasting irritation. I felt so relaxed and at peace the rest of the day.
